Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at TGH. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software applications according to client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with software architects and business analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, and test software applications using programming languages and tools such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
Debug and resolve software defects to ensure smooth and efficient application performance
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless system functionality
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Document software development processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference
Requirements & Experience
Proven experience of 01-05 years as a Software Developer or related role
Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.)
Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
