Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with a strong command of React JS , GraphQL using Apollo, AG grid and Ant Design to join a high-performing frontend team in Hyderabad. You will build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, working closely with product, design, and backend teams. The role demands both technical depth and a user-centric mindset.
This is a hybrid role requiring 𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝗻-𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 at our 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱 location
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable, performant 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝟭𝟴+ applications using TypeScript
• Build complex, data-heavy interfaces using 𝗔𝗚 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗱 for enterprise data visualization
• Implement and extend UI components using the 𝗔𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 system
• Integrate with 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗤𝗟 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 for efficient data fetching and cache management
• Collaborate with UX/design teams to translate wireframes into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces
• Write clean, well-tested code using Vitest or similar unit testing frameworks
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
• Optimize application performance - rendering, bundle size, and loading speed
• Work within Agile sprint cycles, maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements & Experience
• 𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in React
• Demonstrable expertise with 𝗔𝗚 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗱 - custom renderers, server-side row models, and advanced filtering
• Production experience with 𝗔𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 component library
• Strong understanding of React performance patterns - memoization, lazy loading, code splitting
• Comfortable with 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 strict mode and type-driven development
• Experience with 𝗚𝗶𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - branching strategies, PR reviews, merge conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly with non-technical stakeholders
