Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Focus Developer Engineer to join our Backend development team. This unique role combines deep technical development work with direct customer engagement, giving engineers the opportunity to make a real impact on customer success and product quality.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, Support, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to investigate complex technical issues, resolve production challenges, and improve the overall customer experience. You will gain deep exposure to enterprise environments, large-scale backend systems, and real-world security challenges while helping shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer-reported issues in production environments
Analyze logs, debug backend services, and perform root-cause investigations across distributed systems
Develop bug fixes, enhancements, and stability improvements for backend services and APIs
Work directly with customers to understand their environments, technical challenges, and business needs
Collaborate closely with Support, QA, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive fast and effective issue resolution
Improve product reliability, performance, and customer experience through proactive engineering efforts
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes
Contribute to maintaining high engineering standards in a large-scale, enterprise-grade security product
Requirements & Experience
1–3 years of experience in backend software development
Basic understanding of backend services and distributed systems concepts
Hands-on experience or academic background in backend programming using Python and/or Java
Familiarity with backend architectures, REST APIs, and database interactions
Experience working with cloud platforms or containerized environments through projects, internships, or coursework
Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, and modern development workflows
Exposure to AI/ML technologies, including experience working with AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or integrating AI-based services and APIs
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development practices and tools (such as code assistants, automated debugging, or AI-driven productivity solutions)
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
