Job Description
We are looking for Backend Developers with 0-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless data flow and communication between the server and client.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug backend issues.
Ensure performance and responsiveness of the backend architecture.
Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and best practices.
Requirements & Experience
0-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or Go.
Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Networking Skills: Strong understanding of network protocols, sockets, and RESTful APIs.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git and code collaboration tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
