Key Responsibilities
Work alongside experienced developers on real-time projects and contribute to software development
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under guidance
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues
Participate in code reviews, learning sessions, and team brainstorming activities
Continuously improve your technical skills and contribute to innovative solutions
Support the team in implementing best practices and maintaining code quality
Requirements & Experience
Strong foundation in programming, with focus on frontend (JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS) or backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL)
Comfortable using Git, REST APIs, and debugging tools in modern development environments
For professionals with 6–24 months of experience: ability to take end-to-end ownership of features, write production-grade code, and communicate technical ideas clearly
Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (2023 or 2024 graduates welcome)
