Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our AI Engineering team and work on building scalable software applications and AI-powered products.
The role is suitable for freshers and early-career engineers with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about Python, backend development, APIs, and Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features and intelligent agents.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI workflows, and API integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Debug issues, write tests, and improve application performance.
• Work with Git, Docker, and cloud/deployment technologies.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to build production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements & Experience
• Strong fundamentals in Python and software development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and FastAPI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and software development practices.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, or Generative AI.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have:
• LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI frameworks.
• RAG and vector databases.
• Docker and AWS/cloud platforms.
• PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications.
Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or related field
