As a Associate Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by contributing to, as well as driving, high-quality releases and value-delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Design, write, and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code in Python and/or Java.
Algorithmic Problem Solving: Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms (DSA) to optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and DevOps) to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and deliver high-quality features.
System Maintenance: Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing codebase and microservices.
Requirements & Experience
Experience: 1 – 3 years of professional software development experience.
Core Programming: Strong, hands-on programming experience in either Python (Django, Flask, FastApi) or Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
Computer Science Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core Data Structures (Arrays, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs, Hash Maps) and Algorithms (Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming).
Databases: Basic familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.
Tools: Experience with version control systems, primarily Git
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
