Job Description
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented apprentice interested in the intersection of technology, data, and assessment security. The role provides hands-on exposure to Test Security processes, data, technology, and real-world projects while developing technical and professional skills. This is 1 year contractual role with the NATS scheme.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Test Security team in activities that protect the integrity and security of assessment programs.
· Learn and follow ETS processes, systems, security practices, and confidentiality requirements.
· Support data cleaning, organization, transformation, validation, and basic analysis.
· Assist with identifying patterns, issues, and opportunities to improve Test Security processes.
· Participate in real-world projects and contribute to technology- or data-focused solutions.
· Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and solve problems.
· Document processes, project outcomes, and key learnings.
· Take initiative to learn new tools and technologies while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
· Basic understanding of programming, data, or technology concepts.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.
