Digital Web Solutions is seeking an AI Automation Trainee to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. You will play a crucial role in building and evolving Compazio, our in-house enterprise HR & operations SaaS platform. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, as your primary development tool. You will learn to direct AI to build features, then meticulously review, test, and polish its output to production quality, gaining invaluable skills in the future of software development.
This role provides direct exposure to the entire employee lifecycle management through our comprehensive platform, which spans over 25 business modules and serves 400+ daily users. You will work directly with the system owner, ship real features to production, and witness the immediate impact of your work. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in programming fundamentals, a genuine curiosity for AI tools, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities
▸ Build internal tools & CRM end-to-end: design, develop, and enhance platform modules using Claude Code — owning them from development to deployment, with strong usability and high team adoption.
▸ Drive development with Claude Code: turn requirements into clear, well-scoped prompts, guide the AI agent, then review, test, and polish every change to production quality.
▸ Automate repetitive workflows: identify manual processes across operations and build scalable, reusable automations that measurably save time.
▸ Design for scale: optimize database queries, APIs, and backend performance so systems handle growing usage without degradation.
▸ Keep the codebase clean & secure: modular code, disciplined Git/branching, secure coding practices, and regular refactoring.
▸ Keep production reliable: resolve bugs proactively, maintain uptime, and improve logging, monitoring, and error tracking.
▸ Document & standardize: write clear SOPs and documentation for tools and automations so handover and onboarding are easy.

Requirements & Experience
✔ Solid programming fundamentals — JavaScript (or any language) logic, data structures, and the ability to read code you didn't write.
✔ Basic understanding of how the web works: HTTP, APIs, databases, frontend vs backend.
✔ Genuine curiosity about AI tools — you've tried ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot and want to go much deeper.
✔ A careful, detail-oriented mindset: you double-check work, test before declaring it done, and never guess when you can verify.
✔ Good written communication in English — clear prompts and clear updates are half this job.
✔ Ownership attitude: you ask questions early, admit mistakes fast, and care about production stability.

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent practical skill — degree matters less than ability.
